Amo il cinema, e le mie prime illustrazione non potevano non essere dedicate alla mia saga cinematografica preferita, Star Wars. Per il logo sono partito dal più classico dei font che ricorda le insegne delle sale cinema dei primi anni venti del 1900. Il disegno è ispirato al personaggio iconico di Obi Wan Kenobi, quello interpretato da Ewan McGregor. Il disegno è ispirato ad una scena di Episodio II, colorato a carboncini e con pennelli per mezzitoni tipici delle inchiostrature dei fumetti in bianco e nero, l'ho realizzato per il sito POD ( Printing on Demand ) Displate. E' un piccolo passo in avanti nella direzione che ho deciso di prendere, condividere la mia arte e magari farci qualche entrata extra, il percorso è lungo e questo è solo l'inizio.
I love cinema, and my first illustrations could not fail to be dedicated to my favorite film saga, Star Wars. For the logo I started from the most classic of fonts that recalls the signs of cinema halls of the early twenties of the 1900s. The design is inspired by the iconic character of Obi Wan Kenobi, the one played by Ewan McGregor. The drawing is inspired by a scene from Episode II, colored with charcoals and with halftone brushes typical of black and white comic inks, I made it for the POD (Printing on Demand) Displate site. It is a small step forward in the direction I have decided to take, share my art and maybe make some extra income, the path is long and this is only the beginning.
